Geest Line Limited is announcing the appointment of Mr. Tom Paelinck as Executive Director.

Tom Paelinck brings years of experience in international shipping. During his career he has worked in different parts of the world. Most recently he was CEO of the leading Caribbean feeder service provider.

Tom Paelinck will be working directly with Chris Roberts, Interim Managing Director and Finance Director of Geest and the Geest management team.

Combining the extended experience in the Caribbean Shipping industry of Tom Paelinck with Chris Roberts who has had a leadership role within Geest for over 20 years will give Geest Line Management and Staff the opportunity to maintain our strong customer and service focus in line with our existing business strategy.

Geest Line has fostered trade links between the UK and the Caribbean for more than 65 years and today carries more cargo between Europe and the Windward and Leeward islands than any other shipping line. From its head office in the UK, Geest Line is presently operating 5 vessels providing regular scheduled services from Portsmouth, UK and Flushing, Netherlands to multiple ports in the Caribbean Region.

With the new Executive Director the company will maintain its dedication to providing reliable, on-time service and will make sure that we are always an important contributing part of the maritime transportation picture within the region.
