Managing Director

Geest Line Limited announces that Rob Waterman, Managing Director will be departing the
company from the end of July 2024. Mr. Waterman leaves Geest for personal reasons.

The board has appointed Mr. Chris Roberts, Finance Director as acting interim Managing
Director. Mr. Chris Roberts has had a leadership role within Geest for over 20 years.

Mads Ellefsen, Chairman of Geest Line stated: “We appreciated the opportunity to work with Rob at
Geest and wish him success going forward. Mr. Chris Roberts has the full support of the board of
Geest through the management transition, while maintaining our strong customer and service focus
in line with our existing business strategy.”
